If he’s paying her money, then I don’t think there is a problem with it.
What might have been a problem is if another concern paid her money.
The thing is, is that his fault? Only if he directed them to > IMO.

I was mistaken.
While it could prevent an attorney from being blackmailed by a prosecutor, it’s the client that needs to be protected, and he has every right to demand it.

I don’t think this would reach that level.
The Senate wouldn’t convict.

It would only be hindered if the Left became the majority in the House or Senate.
The public would see the failed attempt at impeachment as a vindication of him, and really apply pressure to the Left to knock it off and shut up.
