Yesterday was day two of testimony from former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, who was also the mistress of disgraced FBI Agent Peter Strzok. The two sent tens of thousands of texts, anti-Trump in nature during some of the most politically sensitive investigations the FBI has undertaken in recent memory: the Clinton email probe and the counterintelligence investigation into whether the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians. Strzok was a key player in both investigations. Throughout 2016, the two sent texts that have raised eyebrows and questioned the credibility of the FBIs impartiality. From well stop it and an insurance policy, both referring to the Trump presidency, GOP lawmakers want to know what Strzok meant. The insurance policy is allegedly the Trump dossier, which was a campaign opposition research file compiled by former MI6 spy Christopher Steele, who was hired by Fusion GPS during the 2016 election; Fusion was hired by the Clinton campaign to find dirt on Trump. That document was allegedly used to secure a FISA warrant to spy on Trumps former foreign policy adviser Carter Page.
Strzoks testimony last week before Congress was a rodeo fraught with drama, (snip) Strzoks main point was that his biased texts werent evidence of bias.
For Page, there were no fireworks. No explosive moments that we know of since it was behind closed doors. Yet, House Republicans found her testimony credible and respected her willingness to get to the truth. Her testimony on Friday did, however, raise concerns with Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) concerning whether the FBI was driving towards a desired outcomeon the Russia investigation. Now, Page reportedly told House members that those anti-Trump texts meant exactly what they mean, according to Rep. John Ratcliff (R-TX) (via ABC News):

Well, they do say that hell hath no fury like a woman scorned....
A definitive case of Sir John Harington's witty observation that if treason prosper, none dare call it treason.
Understandable. He’s... complex.
Strzok, as shown in the FR videos of his testimony, will be the gentleman in prison and make the first romantic move toward Bubba.
Oh, the inner world of the Dems. So sordid. So mangy. So Obama-like.
Is that you Ann Coulter rolling your eyes behind him?
Hell hath no fury.....
I wonder if Lisa Page is “a woman scorned” in all this?
“History will show that Sessions was the deep state insurance policy that really paid out.”
History rarely is so clear over such a brief time. I suspect AG Sessions has a whole lot going on here and other fronts.
This article is already dated.
According to John Solomon’s report at The Hill, the entire Russia Collusion Hoax was a conspiracy aiming for impeachment with no underlying evidence whatsoever.
That ain’t going away. #SpyGate
“I wonder if Lisa Page is a woman scorned in all this?”
No, she was the woman being thrown under the bus by Andy McCabe.
She decided that ain’t goinna happen.
God bless her for coming clean.
Apt description. Well-put.
Looks like she wised up. Now is not the time for her to lie.
Like the others.
“When Stzok goes to Leavenworth, I wonder if he will still have that creepy smirk when 300 pound Bubba demands he bend over?”
That will depend on just how “big” “Little Bubba” is!
“It was our mistake too.”
No kidding!
Sessions wake up, or Mr President please fire this turd
fire him now and get someone like the Judge since she has more guts, and fight than most of the men in the GOP.
Hillary sends thoughts and prayers to the family of Lisa Page on the occasion of Lisa’s impending suicide.
So what if she told the truth, and can prove every horrid, criminal things going on at the FBI. Nothing will happen to any them. Those who would prosecute are the ones committing the crimes. Not gonna happen.
Who prosecutes RICO? The same swamp creatures? Do Federal marshals ever get involved?
They’ll be attacking her and calling her just a woman scorned in 3...2...1...
Could Trump be waiting until after the mid terms to fire Sessions?
possibly
