During the "Bimbo Eruption" phase, before Clinton was elected, Democrats said they didn't care about infidelity. Why? Because they did not want their man damaged. They did not care about anything else. They knew it was wrong, and they did it anyway. Republicans said, rightly, that "character mattered". It even became the Republican Party's catch phrase for a time. This was all well before the rape charges. Had the Democrats not accepted that serial philanderer, the country would not have had to later suffer through having to deal with a rapist and perjurer President.
At the present we stand against infidelity.
No, most don't. Just skim through the comments on this thread. Most people on this site don't care about infidelity any longer. We have all now accepted the early 90s Democrat view of moral expectations for our office holders. It's our new default position.
You may be correct about people on this thread, but my take is that they are simply stating it’s not an impeachable offense, and the mention of it is worthless at this point.
None of us think infidelity is okay.
The Democrat party is for abortion on demand up to birth paid for by the Government. Trump and the GOP are doing everything they can to limit the number of abortions.
If “morality” is your concern, that right there overrides all the fake posturing by Never Trumper Talk Radio clowns and other fake religious conmen posturing about Trump’s “morality”
Most people are not mindlessly clinging to their butt hurt that their their poltical god Cruz lost the 2016 GOP Primary.
They realize all these fake “Christians” ranting and raving about Trumps morality are merely the modern day equivalent of the Pharisees.
