In order to get an indictment you need a Grand Jury. Are you telling me that there are all of these sealed indictments and no one has spilled the beans? A little hard to believe.
I’m only telling you what is out there.
A few months ago it was 28,000 sealed indictments.
I’m not saying that what you offered up here doesn’t make sense.
I think there’s a way to verify the indictments, but I’m not knowledgeable about exactly how to do that.
Okay, I gave it a go. This is what I found.
As of early April this article appeared on Squawker.
It doesn’t talk about what all the indictments are for, but it does peg the number at about 28,000 at that point, and growing rather fast.
The site loaded rather slow for me the first time, so you may need to hang in there.

Correction:
I had entered the 28,000 figure in the drafting of my post, intending to verify the number before posting.
Then I hit post instead of preview.
The number as 24,500 and growing.
Correction: (more)
I had put that 28,000 number in primarily because another site had claimed the number was around 28,000 at some point, and that stuck with me as I drafted my post.
