How would YOU feel if some supporter of MLK had gone on a show and defended him during the 60's and been kicked off the show with the 'star' screaming "F You' at the person in a hallways?

Some shows with studio audiences have applause signs that light up either on cue or from a command in the control booth. Someone in the booth probably thought Whoopi needed some help from the audience and lit it up on their own initiative.
The judge knew knew the fix was in when Joy was replaced by CNN’s Ana. She might have known ahead of time that the deck was stacked but she knew the cards they were using. The change-up in the line-up told her that something nasty was probably coming Ana for the Judge but the real pounding came from that Other Queen of Nice—Whoopi.
I think it’s the other way around: she took their admonishment to heart.
