Whether or not, and I think that this is a total fabrication, Trump is too smart to do that. And if such a source exists, this Obama official will now start a hunt for that person, whether or not they exist.
The President of the United States does not “leak” any intelligence. He has the authority to declassify or release any intelligence he wishes for any reason that he deems appropriate. The intelligence community works for him; he does not work for them.
