President Trump says in a new interview that he holds Russian President Vladimir Putin personally responsible for Russian meddling in the 2016 election, despite his refusal to condemn Putin publicly during a joint press conference earlier in the week.
Trump told CBS News' Jeff Glor on Wednesday that he believes Putin is responsible "because he's in charge of the country."
"Just like I consider myself to be responsible for things that happen in this country," Trump said.

You know Special Council Robert Muller indicted a dozen Russians just prior to President Trump’s meeting with President Putin.
Later In a joint press conference with President Putin he cited the “Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty” ratified by the U.S. Senate under the leadership of Senator Tom Daschle (D- South Dakota) in December 2001. The Treaty was signed on January 31, 2002 by Secretary of State Colin Powell and Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Yurly Ushakov.
President Putin, citing the treaty, suggested Robert Muller come to Russia and watch while Russia interviews the 12 men accused of interfering in the 2016 U.S. Election. In turn President Putin said he wanted Mr. Browder, a billionaire who he says paid no taxes owed on his multi-million dollar Russian investment profits, and who routed $400,000,000. To Hillary Clinton’s Presidential campaign aided by U.S. Intelligence officials to be deposed by U.S. Officials with Russian government officials present.

Now they’re saying that Trump is thinking about letting 12 Americans that Putin said committed crimes Russia to be interrogated by Putin’s intelligence agency. I guess that will be the big story tomorrow, and if not these lunatics will figure out someway to keep these stories alive. It’s insane.
