It appears that the origin of the surname Strzok is Polish. (I speak a couple of Eastern European languages and I had to look it up.)

Strzok is a Polish name. That doesn’t mean his family could not be from Russia or Germany or anywhere else Polish people might have immigrated to. But the name itself is Polish, not Russian.
