I don’t agree with Trump on everything, but he is kicking Dubya’s ass on getting stuff done.

As a member of a union, I say that government employees local, state, and especially federal should have zero union representation.

First, increasing number of States become Right-to-Work. Then, Janus v. AFSCME brings about nationwide Right-to-Work for public employees. Now the SSA kicks AFGE's butt out the door. Whatever's next for the unions should be great.

"Unions evicted from federal offices, denied time to meet with employees"1. Use union money to Rent, lease, or purchase a Union office. Use union dues to pay for staff and supplies.
2. The unions have a huge amount of time to meet with employees. Before work hours, after work hours, holidays, and weekends.

Government employee unions should not even be legal.
Even FDR thought so.

Require the union to pay for their own travel and expenses while bargaining and for monthly joint meetings with management.

All this ‘office’ in an office started when some whiz kid decided that United Way deserved a full time rep and an office in agencies, saying that it would save time and money to have that so the charity could be on site and save money on office space and mailings etc etc.
Next thing you know the union rep has his own office which adds insult to injury as WE are paying salaries to Govt Employees and then paying space to people who will ‘organize’ (Isn’t that an oxymoron, ORGANIZED GOVERNMENT) while OUR EMPLOYEES are on the clock in spaces that WE are paying for..
Give ‘em and inch and they will steal the whole ruler...

Needs more labor management consultant lawyers to get it done faster. That's a start, though. For too long, government employees have had too much time and money for controlling the government against the interests of all other Americans. Here's some old news.

There's also the pork (federal funding) for the local commies who have everyone duped into believing that they're conservatives. Old news again, as accessed long ago,...

[That's also why I'm against the Article V constitutional convention thing. Those people have enormous lobbies and already control state assemblies too much. They don't need to be choosing our senators for us.]
