Frustrated Democratic lawmakers are offering Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez some advice: Cool it.
Ocasio-Cortez stunned the political world with her upset primary victory last month over Rep. Joseph Crowley (D-N.Y.), the head of the House Democratic Caucus and a rising star within the party.
But while the improbable win made Ocasio-Cortez an overnight progressive superstar, a number of House Democrats are up in arms over her no-holds-barred approach, particularly her recent accusation that Crowley, who has endorsed her candidacy, is seeking to topple her bid with a third-party run.

Hey, Democrats,
Live by the Alinsky book, Die by the Alinsky book.
The Rats embrace their minority young women far left socialists for votes but when they supplant the elitists privileged ones then the tune changes on the jukebox.

“The next Bernie Sanders?”
No! Crowley will be the next Joe Lieberman by being re-elected on a 3rd party ticket. Ocasio-Cortez is both a mistake due to a ultra low primary turnout and a political joke that no one is laughing about. The Democrat leadership sees where they, as a party, are heading. (Actually they are already there!) Still they are not that concerned about the hard leftward direction. We’ve become Europe with communists openly running for office.
I have a fear of the public school indoctrinated Millennials. Will they reject the left after living through both Obama and Trump? They should because the contrast is like night and day, but who knows what leftist sunglasses they’re wearing?
That is a long time for this little political meteor to stay lit.

LonePalm, le Républicain du verre cassé (The Broken Glass Republican)
Probably not. This district is heavily Democrat.
1970 U.S. Senate:
James Buckley (Conservative Party) 2.3 million
Richard Ottinger (Democrat) 2.2 million
Charles Goodell Republican line 1.2 million, Liberal line 0.2 million, 1.4 million total.
1980 U.S. Senate: Alfonse D’Amato beat Jake Javits in the Republican primary. Javits was nominated by the Liberal Party but D’Amato won the general as well.
It sounds like Elizabeth Perri (Conservative) is a better candidate than Pappas (Republican).
Crowley is clearly capable of winning on the Working Families ticket - he’s already the nominee, doesn’t have to go out and get petitions or anything like that.
He’s got $4M in campaign funds.
Crowley endorses a commie and she spits in his face. How rich.
Exactly!
The crazy-eyed loon with the little girl voice thinks the GOP is afraid of her.
What utter BS. Her ultra-left policies and beliefs will drive more and more people to the GOP.
The #walkaway movement will grow because of this nutjob.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a good replacement for Bernie Sanders, younger, and with neater hair.
The next Eva Perron.
The next Bernie Sanders?””’
She won’t last long enough to accumulate 3 houses...
Bunch of stupid communist scumbags.
