There are many things you can accuse President Donald Trump of. And treason is now apparently one of those after his controversial press conference with Russias President Vladimir Putin at their summit in Helsinki, Finland. But do lawyers agree?
Donald Trumps press conference performance in Helsinki rises to & exceeds the threshold of high crimes & misdemeanors, tweeted John Brennan, the former CIA director. It was nothing short of treasonous. Not only were Trumps comments imbecilic, he is wholly in the pocket of Putin. Republican Patriots: Where are you???
Brennans premise is that at the press conference, Trump appeared to side with Putin over Americas own intelligence agencies on the issue of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
Putin denies what the U.S. intelligence community is telling Trumpthat the Kremlin used cyberwarfare to undermine American democracy. And Trump, whose 2016 campaign is under investigation by Special Counsel Robert Mueller over suspicions of collusion with the Russian government, seems to believe Putin.

At some point, one way or another, maybe just tge way you predict with this 12 russians deal:
“Mueller will be standing there in an embarrassed moment with no real direction left.
It won’t involve Trump firing him
Trump needs to call their bluff. Take it to Congress for them to formally declare war on Russia. I’d love to see who votes yes!
Agreed, the timing is not a coincidence.
“Putin denies what the U.S. intelligence community is telling Trump”
Which member of the intelligence committee? John Brennan? Creepy Peter stzrok? Lisa Page? Leaking James Comey?
As you can see, the intelligence committee has about as much credibility as a dog poop I would the bottom of my shoe last night.
The fact that Big Media desperately keeps playing up this fake “Russian interference” meme shows just how EMPTY their efforts to oppose Trump have been.
And, no one Big Media points out the obvious, that after 1 1/2 years of thorough investigating, they still haven’t charged him with any crime.
No matter, the public is beginning to figure it out and realize they’re being played. If Mueller hasn’t got anything by now, most people can see that this is only a fabricated political show.
No wonder the President’s rating are above 50%, and climbing. You can’t fool all the people all the time.
The evidence to convict them is probably classified. Tying back phishing attempts is not easy to do.
“why did Muller unseal the indictments and make them public”
What’s the significance of sealing versus unsealing as it applies to this situation?
Putin owned the little tranny butt boy Obama and all of his minions. He took all the uranium and all the other graft willingly given by the Obama cabal. And he laughed all the while at them. They got nothing for their efforts other than being owned. They assumed that a fellow commie traveller would join with them in their effort to turn the world into an equality for all utopia.
Open Rebellion...Yes.
Mc Blame is leading the Charge!

How’s Things Growing, Songbird?
He knows he’s not going to get them tried in court.
I think he would have to be impeached first, although I have seen Dems on MSNBC and CNN claim he wouldnt.
Your comments put words to that enigmatic sense. I believe your theory may be correct.
Of course it won't stand up to scrutiny, the "evidence" was never intended to. Mueller and the Democrat's only intent here is to try and publicly embarass Trump out of office. They (and some Republicans..) figure if they keep it up they'll eventually wear Trump down and out he'll go, all on his own.
I think they've grossly underestimated PDJT's tenacity.
Well, it looks to me like the U.S. intelligence agencies are the ones waging war against the U.S. by engaging in a coup attempt. At present, Russia is not a U.S. enemy. They are not at war with us and there has been no indication that the Russian government has engaged in any cyperwarfare against us.
I think that selling 20% of U.S> unanium to Russia is probably an actionable offense. Though Russia is not currently a U.S. enemy, uranium is a limited resource with huge military application. It should not have been sold to anyone for any reason.
By the way, you always know what the leftists are up to because it is what they accuse the right of doing. If they are claiming treason, that is what they are doing, not DJT or anyone truly on the right.
Mueller knows there's no way he can actually get these Russians into a courtroom. Consequently, there 's no reason why he could not have waited on the indictments until after the summit meeting. The announcement of these indictments a few days before President Trump's meeting with Putin was designed to sabotage the summit and try to make President Trump as uncomfortable as possible going into the meeting.
Zackly.
The problem is that once you wrote up the indictment draft, you had to explain details to the Grand Jury and Judge, and those were likely classified. Mueller-team figured they were safe...this would never go to step two.
An extradition treaty (if it were to occur) opens a vast door. I’m guessing that it’ll say that evidence must be presented to the Russians to accomplish the act of them giving up the twelve guys. The Justice Department will say absolutely ‘no’ to giving the evidence, and then Trump orders them to drop the case. They (Rod) refuse, and then the firing can occur.
The phishing angle to this is a bit strange, because they have absolute names attached. Just how they got to the names stage will be highly classified. But all of this will end once a treaty is signed. I’ll bet someone is hired to work on the treaty in the next ten days.
I thought one of the previously named russian ‘hackers’ was going to fight the charges and was denied access to evidence
And these same people praised bammy for betraying this country.
What. Did he give away more American Uranium in exchange for 500 million dollar donation to the Trump Foundation?
