Amen. I’ve never understood the worship that some people have for Newt.
He has always been erratic and untrustworthy. His latest betrayal doesn’t surprise me one bit.
I had the misfortune of dealing with Newt on a personal level back in the 90s. I had a back & forth at a GOP event that reached a point where he lunged at me & we had to be separated.
He did not like getting exposed for what he was.
To top it off....he tried to spit at me on his way out. The guy is total scum.
