It certainly wasn’t and couldn’t be described as a “parade”
The Rose Bowl parade it wasn’t.
But, hey by Philadelphia standards maybe it wasn’t a riot, just another day in “sunny Philadelphia”
Point me to a link where the police said it was a riot. In the meantime, glad to know you trust the media more than people who were actually there.
