They really brighten up the beds on the two sides of the front porch. They’re the only thing blooming in those beds at present and there are a gazillion of them. They are VERY prolific flowers.

Yes, gardenias are pretty delicate and if the cats hadn’t killed them, I probably would have. LOL! I don’t have the greenest of thumbs.

LOVE the fragrance of lavender and tried to grow some several years ago. I don’t know if they weren’t getting enough sun, the ground was too wet, what was going on but I had no luck with it. Lucky you having a bunch to dry and place throughout the house.

Right now, I only have 2 lavender plants, and only one of them bloomed. Hubby transferred the other from a pot to a bed and I think that kept it from blooming this year. I hope they continue to do well. They’re supposed to repel mosquitoes, but so far I haven’t seen much difference. My legs are covered in bites. They even bite when I have repellent on! Stupid things!

Think I’ll go to sleep soon. I got up before the alarm went off this morning, so I’m really drooping now. See ya tomorrow!
