The Inter-American Court of Human Rights based in Costa Rica is a multinational independent judicial body which handles court cases relating to the human rights of individuals in or effected by the laws of the members states of the Organization of American States (OAS). At present the OAS is compromised of every North American, Central American and South American nation, although Venezuela has expressed a desire to withdraw from the body.
Today, the Court ruled that it is the duty of nations to allow for the passage of successful asylum seekers from embassies to the mainland territory of the state that has granted an individual asylum. For Julian Assange, this would mean that according to the Courts decision, Britain has a legal obligation to allow Julian Assange to exit the Ecuadorian Embassy in London in peace and allow for his safe transit to an airport from which he would be able to fly to Ecuador, the country that has granted Assange asylum and where he now also holds formal citizenship.

Thank God..!
Who would have guessed that a single guy with weird hair could do more for America than her ENTIRE media machine..?
Good Journey..!
Or, Assange can get a seat on Trump Force One and get some me time at Camp David till he is scheduled to testify....
I wouldn’t trust the feckless Tory government to honor any international court rulings...just saying
Trump is there, he can give him a ride
Its a set up for assassination but great news. He needs full personal security including armored and bomb resistant car. He will receive massive contributions for that but the key will be a bad ass security director.
This man is a national hero. He revealed the spying on every American by the cia etc. published the truth the emails of the DNC that revealed massive corruption in the nomination process and the rigging of the nomination for criminal hillary clinton. Every thing he published we had a right to know.
I pray for his safe and swift passage and the defeat of his deep state enemies.
Yes!!!
I have a feeling that when brother Julian is finally released from his No-Tell-Hotel, his personal freedom won’t last very long on the outside. Several countries may have been patiently lying in wait for his accessibility to change.
America, Sweden and maybe Britain are a few who may have unfinished business with
The Man From Wiki. Same goes for Eric Snowden, who I hear is rather homesick.
The Di-& Dodi treatment on the way to the airport.

Yeah, I look at an OAS-based ruling and wonder how it will stick in the UK. Withering an eye on, nonetheless.
You could be describing more than Assange with that. :-o
I’m not sure that Britain will recognize this court’s authority.
He has many supporters who are working right now. There are teams that can get him our. This is such great news.. dont worry.
He has many supporters. There are professional teams that can get him out and secure in South America. It is happening now.
Safe travels, Julian! Gd protect him.
Umm, how is this ruling binding on Great Britain? They are not a member of the OAS.
Trump hates Assange.
Britain has no obligation to do what the OAS wants.
The proper response to any international ‘court’ is an extended middle finger.
This thread probably needs an ‘idiot blogger alert’.
