It’s fine for a Federal employee to believe a politician’s behavior is disgusting, or wonderful, for that matter. That’s a right. But the employee agrees to do that on his own time and not steal his employer’s time and resources to express it to other employees, also on company time. This guy’s a thief and a fraud for his theft of company time and resources after promising not to. Why this arrogant prick hasn’t been brought up on Hatch Act charges at the very least escapes me. He’s proof that if one gets away with stealing just a millimeter, he will eventually be stealing miles.

I wish somebody would do an FOIA request for his timesheets. He could not have possibly sent and received all of the texts on breaks or lunches. It would be interesting to see if he used personal leave or vacation time corresponding with his text activities. Failing to do so could be considered an act of fraud which victimized the taxpayers of America. It would really be funny if he claimed any overtime while concentrating on texts instead of work.
