Big question, though, what does “downfall” mean? The DOJ is the office to create his downfall, and that ain’t gonna happen. The guy will skate. Like everybody else.
Probably not much. His FBI career is over. He has 26 years of service so he probably can retire. It will be interesting to see where he pops up after leaving the FBI.
Nobody ‘skates’. We all still have to live with ourselves and take ourselves with us wherever we go; and if we don’t straighten out, we get into more trouble.
