Yes. The entire city of Asheville North Carolina is simply an incorporated drum circle. You can smell it from just outside the city limits. Basically the Hippies mope about all day waiting for someone to say “drum circle” and then the entire city closes up shop and sits around banging on pots and crap with no discernible rhythm.
