Damned if they do damned if they don't ! In such cases, do what's right and let the chips fall where they may. Here that means not giving kids to adults who are known to not be their parents and who may have been kidnapping or abusing them.

U.S. District Judge Dana Sabraw, in response to an American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) lawsuit, set a July 10 deadline to reunite the families and refused to provide additional time for the government to use DNA testing to determine if the people in question are even the 102 identified children’s parents. We have a political issue at stake here!
WE don’t have time to worry about the safety of children!
Now get it done!
