Sure he should. Trouble is - he ain’t got squat.
I’d have expected by now that Mueller would have gone for the financials. Trump’s financial records have obviously nothing to do with the election, but what does that mater? Mueller is on a witch hunt, and I figure Trump would have some financial irregularities somewhere. All billionaires do.
But nope. Mueller can’t even dig up dirt with respect to money.
Why did Susan Rice tel her cyber expert to stand down and not to do anything to attack Russian efforts at meddling? Why did she chose not to defend America?
Plus and this is #1 is the millions of dollars the lawyers are making!
They will drag this on and on.

There is an enormous difference between “now” and “two months from now”. Two months from now is mid-September, 6 weeks before the mid-term elections. Surveys show the majority of the electorate is already skeptical of Mueller and his witch hunt. If Mueller pulls a transparently political stunt of that magnitude, it will destroy what little is left of his reputation.
Actually, the next tactic will be to sue Trump saying he can’t pick a USSC Justice while under investigation. Then the dirt right before mid terms, then a push to abolish direct election.
And then HRC becomes queen. /sarcasm
Mueller is a self-important ass, exactly like Comey. This should have been wrapped up months ago.
How could Rosenstein's mandate include Trump being even investigated for, let alone charged with, obstruction of justice for acting on Rosensteins recommendation to fire Comey - unless Rosenstein himself is included?

Charging Trump with obstruction with no underlying crime while letting Hillary get away with her orgy of records destruction isn’t going to fly.
No way this concludes before the midterms. It’s not an “investigation,” but an tax-paid oppo research project on behalf of the dems.
I don’t think they have much of anything, and so I don’t think there will be any “reveal” before the mid-terms. At this point, I think Mueller just wants to keep the investigation going through the mid-terms, so the Dems can use at least its existence to try and bash Republicans, whether the investigation finds anything or not.
