Lisa Page, the former anti-Trump FBI lawyer who was briefly part of special counsel Robert Mueller’s team, will not attend a Congressional hearing for which she had been subpoenaed, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte confirmed late Tuesday.
Ms. Page was scheduled to testify on Wednesday before the House Judiciary and Oversight and Government Reform committees.

I keep hearing all that. Oh, yeah....arrests are coming. Prosecutions are coming. Trials and depositions and all manner of nasty things for these nasty people. Yet, they all sure seem to be going about their business as if not one thing is amiss in their little worlds. Not a hint of angst or concern registers from any of them. From 0bamao and the Klintons right down to the foot soldiers of mayhem.
Freeper Palmer advised she has retired, so it’s a moot point regarding administrative leave. So let’s go with option B. ARREST HER AND LOCK HER UP!
Laws don’t apply to Democrats. They only apply to Republicans, and Bernie Sanders wife.

We left the Constitution behind on Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009 when all of elected and appointed allowed an ineligible man to be sworn in.
The reason none of this will ever be prosecuted is there isn’t anyone not tainted by the Kenyanesian Usurpation to do any prosecuting.
They are all terrified to pull at the strings lest the whole thing unravel exposing their own culpability.
BOTH parties colluded to violate the Constitution.

Jordan is pissing and moaning on Twitter about this. If she’s not there, cite her for Contempt of Congress, ask for a warrant for her arrest and throw her ass in jail.
Otherwise fold up the tent and admit Congress is powerless if it’s unwilling to use the means at hand to do its job.
If Jordan doesn’t show leadership when the chips are down he’s got no business even thinking about becoming Speaker.

I don’t believe many people would think that we are a nation of laws any longer.
He is busy indicted, arresting and incarcerating 4000 illegal gang members in the last 10 months rather than going down the rabbit hole.
He understands that ILLEGALISM and it’s enablers are the most dangerous problem the nation faces.
Forget Sessions. He refused to enforce a subpoena for Chaffetz that he begged him to. Same exact thing as this, a no show.

This was a huge FU to the congress. But its not just her that is refusing to cooperate.
UNelected bureaucrats in the DOJ and FBI are UNaccountable and UNrepentant.
I wish they would, but until I see it, I will expect only a sternly worded letter.

If she was a Republican and the congress was controlled by Democrats they would haul her ass in and grill her for days. They wouldn’t fool around like the weak and hapless Pubbies.

This makes my blood boil.
Then Congress can order the Sergeant at Arms to arrest and detain her until she complies. She can invoke her 5th amendment rights if she wishes.
The Congress has arrest powers.
