Nobody is perfect, and that includes Mark Levin, and Brett Kavanaugh. All humans make mistakes. I think Gorsuch made a big one on one of his recent rulings - can’t remember what it was at the moment. The justices will make some good decisions and some not so good. However, the 4 libs on the court never make good decisions. They have a mental illness.

This is the case you're thinking of, and I agree with you that Gorsuch was mistaken: https://nypost.com/2018/04/17/gorsuch-sides-with-liberal-justices-in-supreme-court-immigration-vote/.

He is a textualist, and believes the law needs to be well defined. Nothing wrong with that, but contrary to claims, the position he took was not the same as the position taken by Scalia in a similar case, where the reasoning was different.

I agree. But the reasoning he demonstrated give reason for concern

I apologize to you and all readers for the typos in my previous reply. I really did spell check it and as often happens because of poor eyesight, the post still ended up with typos. Sigh.
