Nobody perfect, but Levin right on today about Kavanaugh. I persoannly think he has much to like as far as his judicial philosophy. He is admirable as far as his character and persoal life go.

BUT Levin read the transcript of Kavanaugh’s reasoning back and forth with the Lawyer arguing against calling a penalty for disobeying the mandate a tax in the circuit case hearing prior to the Robert’s decision that the mandted resulted in a tax.

This exchange and Kavanugh’s decision on that case was the same tack Roberts took in his Scotus decision on the Obamacare mandate.

It was an exercise in avoiding precedent re the meaning of the words penalty and taxes in prior cases. Sad to hear.

Sorry guys. Read it on Levin. He MAY be right.

Nobody is perfect, and that includes Mark Levin, and Brett Kavanaugh. All humans make mistakes. I think Gorsuch made a big one on one of his recent rulings - can’t remember what it was at the moment. The justices will make some good decisions and some not so good. However, the 4 libs on the court never make good decisions. They have a mental illness.
