North Korea reportedly extended an offer to Israel in 1999 to nix its agreements to sell missile technology to Iran and other enemy states that posed a threat to the Jewish state at the time - if Israel paid Pyongyang $1 billion in cash.
According to a report in the Wall Street Journal published Sunday, Israel did not take the offer. Instead, Jerusalem offered food aid and the talks ended without an agreement.
The alleged and failed extortion attempt took place during an exchange between North Korea's envoy to Sweden and his Israeli counterpart while the pair met in a café in Stockholm, the Journal reported....

North Korea must be obliterated and occupied right now. Delay is risking death of millions of innocent American Citizens. This charade was exposed last weekend when they were told by our great Secretary of State, Mike Pompao, to supply and inventory of nuclear and missile sites. They refused. It is now time for hash reprisal. They have threatened this country 6 times with nuclear attack. Time to do what we said we would do or fold up like an old woman.

I would do a mix of ground burst and air burst. The air burst hits a wider area with thermal and blast. The ground burst contaminates area so people will die even if they survived like in a bunker for lil Kim.
