I am opposed to the death penalty in all cases except for those involving murder or the killing of others.

I went to High School with a man that killed some 20 people after sexually abusing and torturing them. His tactic was never to leave a witness.

Any parent would want their child back, not killed by the perp. Don’t give them a reason to get rid of the witness.

tfec - Thanks for posting that link to the story on Davy Crockett. I remember reading that story almost 40 years ago. It is one of the reasons I am a conservative. This is a must read to remind us all of what the true purpose/attitude of our elected Representatives SHOULD be.
