I am okay with Kavanaugh, but I have to say, I am concerned about his stance on surveillance issues.
I think this is a huge issue for this country, like the pot of warm water in which frogs are eventually boiled.
On the other hand, Trump, who has more reason than nearly anyone to criticize surveillance...approved him. So there’s that.

You are correct Ducey and the McTraitors are running out the clock. Once Ducey gets past the Primary he will hand Cindy the seat. Now to calm down the ticked off base she might pledge to vote yes.
I believe that is his plan. From his death bed he will steal the show from Trump - at least in his mind, or what is left of it.

He's using his treatment time to pen weekly screeds in NYT against Trump, he worked with HBO on their "McCain is the greatest man in history" movie, promote his autobiography, and he tweets daily.
Soon, he'll be back in D.C. to resume sabatoging Trump's agenda.
