Quite a few years ago a national chain that sells women’s clothing in malls announced they were going cashless. It didn’t take more than a week before they were told that cash was legal tender and they couldn’t not accept it.

I wonder what has changed since that time to allow companies to not accept cash?

Quite a few years ago a national chain that sells women’s clothing in malls announced they were going cashless topless.

I'm sorry, I read that wrong.
