I’m not sure about the strategic placement of Puerto Rico. Past that, it is a problem. And many of them don’t seem to like the US that much.

I offered to buy the parachute jump in Coney Island, but they said I would also have to take Puerto Rico and Time Magazine. Together it’s a dollar, but I will have to physically remove the parachute jump from the premises.
