Fox News anchor Shannon Bream had a sudden change of plans on the night of President Donald Trumps historic announcement of his Supreme Court nominee.
Earlier on Monday night, Trump nominated D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Brett Kavanaugh to fill the soon-to-be-vacant seat of Justice Anthony Kennedy, who announced his retirement last month.
After the big primetime reveal by the president, Bream had planned on doing a live show from outside the steps of the Supreme Court. But her plans were scuttled thanks to protests near her broadcast location.

Are you channeling my Dobes again?
Perhaps Laz read the threads about the SAS dog yesterday.

I didn’t either, I just know who Shanno Bream is.
DjT has played the Dims perfectly with this bolder pick instead of Mitch's safer choice.
So let a group of radical protesters disrupt your live TV broadcast. How much more of a 1st amendment violation do you need to drag the bunch into court?
She’s probably the prettiest of the Fox girls - blond, of course, petite, pretty. I saw them in the background picking up protest signs before I switched channels.
How long are we (conservatives) going to put up with this bullying? If it’s civil war 2 then let’s do this. Time to organize by community.
A lot of talk about fighting protesters here. Wouldn’t it be better to start figuring out who is financing and organizing this crap and having a “dialogue” with them?
A Maligator!
Good dog!
When you don’t have logic and reason on your side, a tantrum is the next best thing. They are protesting against something, whether it is real or not. That’s why they are coming unglued.
If you don’t agree with them. they feel stupid so they lash out. If they say Trump is Hitler and you disagree, you are supporting Hitler who killed millions of people so you must be stopped.
These radical thug wannabes are the offspring of the mindless Democrats that destroyed Hubert Humphrey’s campaign for Pres in ‘68. The result will be the same for Dems a half-century later in ‘18.
“Expect a lot more commie violence in the days ahead.”
I would love to have a flash mob of MAGA supporters at the next loony leftist rally. Hundreds of us are all hanging around, slowly positioning ourselves around the rallies leaders and gravitating towards the antifa idiots. Then on command, we all take out our MAGA hats and put them on.
No violence, no rallying cry. Just a quiet message that we know who you are and we will be watching.
Sarcasm?
You mean you HAVEN’T feasted on the cooling corpse of your political opponent?
Indeed being around the left protesters is like a late night walk in Chicago they are to crazy to be in public.
i’ve always liked you :)
Though that might bring a tad bit of prison time with it :)
and don’t tell anyone but my bottom front teeth are fake!
Well that’s not a bad pair, you and me :)
I can knock out a couple and then wheeze for air for about 5 minutes while you take care of the rest until i get my second wind :)
you figure, few people can knock a person out with one shot so what i lack in physical conditioning, i can make up for a little by quick justice :)
I’d love it. I’m actually in NYC as I type this. I purposely walked past the FOX studios on 6th Ave then through Times Square hoping to confront a protest but no luck.
Perhaps your Dobes are channeling ME.
:)
funny, NEVER had an issue in my years at rock plaza from 2000 until 2010.
never saw a protest as a matter of fact.
usually they are in the parks or columbus circle etc.
I don't recommend open carry of banned weapons, in DC, between the Capitol and the Supreme Court.
Not until The Day, anyway.
But, if antifa keeps up their street work, I DO expect that, eventually, a non-pipehitter with excellent long-range skills will reach out and touch someone (or two), and that will be a game changer in more ways than one.
I submit as evidence the absolute end of anti-Vietnam War street work after Kent State.
What fueled the sham rage of the antiwar movement (don't ask me how I know) was the sense of invulnerability, backed up by winks and nods from some very powerful (what we would now call Deep State) people.
Four dead in Ohio = sh*t just got REAL, and the "revolution" was over.
Who will star in the role of the Ohio National Guard in our day? Nobody in a uniform, for sure.
But in a country with a rifleman behind every blade of grass, what we have now can't go on - so it won't.
