The Freeper whose comment prompted my original post about Roberts on this thread specifically referred to the "tax" issue ... which was the 2012 case, of the 2015 case.

Did Clarence Thomas "betray the people and the Constitution" when he joined the radical leftists in the recent (2018) case in saying that a person's cell phone records are not protected by the Fourth Amendment?
