I think white people are less defiant toward authority, over all, I really do. A lot of black males seem to think they have something to prove, and it just ends really badly when you try that with a cop.

Most whites are part of the culture that hires police to enforce the law, while too many blacks live completely outside of that culture. They live on the fringe, and therefore have a completely different view of law enforcement.
