A newborn needs mother’s milk if at all possible:
Immunoglobulin factors, probiotics, enzymes, essential fatty acids, as well as the optimal protein, fat, and carbkhydrate profile for a human.

Given that this is the NYT reporting, and also given that we are not provided the actual language of the administrations requested changes, we must logically assume that this is simply another fake-news hit piece.
Until I see the actual language the administration was pushing, Ill continue to give Trump the benefit of the doubt.
