Yup. Eleanor Roosevelt was the niece of President Theodore Roosevelt, daughter of his brother Elliot. In fact it was Theodore Roosevelt himself who led Eleanor up the aisle for her wedding to FDR, since Elliot had passed away from excessive drinking.
