Is she running? Good heavens, can anyone doubt it?

Although I'd love to see her get trounced for a third time, I doubt we'll be afforded that pleasure in 2020.

First of all, the new kids on the block in the Dem party, are now making it clear that it's time for the old guard from the last century to let go, and hand over control of the party to a more stridently and overt leftist class of 'Democratic Socialists'.

Secondly, she's just too far past her sell-by date, and everyone, including the Clinton faithful, recognizes that it's finally time to MoveOn.

Thirdly, I don't think she really has her heart in it anymore. Note that she's spent the last eighteen months whining and making excuses about her loss. That's not the mark of a winner, and even dunderhead libs innately understand that.

If she were truly mentally and constitutionally poised for a real comeback, ala Reagan in 1980, she'd be singing an entirely different tune.

Bingo!

In 2016, most democraps declined to run and cleared a path for Hitlery to win the nomination.....even Bernie Sanders was bought off in the end.

This time, expect 12 - 20 RATS to run for the nomination, and NONE of them are going to drop out for the Evil B*tch.
