“Maybe they were just never the party we thought they were?”
In truth, the GOP has been a fraud for the entirety of my life. Even Ronald Reagan didn’t show us what a pile of crap it was, and still is today. It took a real man, Donald J. Tump to pull back the curtain, and now the GOPE is as bad off as are the RATs when it comes to a message. The ONLY MESSAGE in the country today, comes from President Trump. All the rest of them are pining for the “good old days” when both Parties took turns f*cking the American Taxpayer.
President Trump has forced us all to look at who and what our government is and it isn’t pretty. We can’t go back and yet who will fill the President’s shoes when he leaves office?
I look back over the years and can not think of one bit of legislation or regulation that ever benefitted the American voter or taxpayer. Every damn thing they do is to enhance their re-election chances and guarantee big donations.
That said, we the people have become derelict in our oversight responsibilities and now huge agencies like the IRS, the FBI and the Justice Department think they are above the law.
We can blame GOP and the Rats but in the end we allowed them to grow into corrupt behemoths that are out of controls.
