I figure Trump will do his best to appoint a man/woman that conforms to his vision of the Constitution and how much respect it deserves as future decisions are made.

I don’t care for Lee at all. He disqualified himself in 2016. Thus my lampooning 2020 campaign signs “McMuffin / Lee” showing up on the forum.

I don’t think Trump was seriously considering Lee. I think he was yanking his chain just like he did with Mitt when he interviewed him twice for SecState then didn’t nominate him. It exposed him for the fake he is. Same with Lee.

Fox News just reported this guy Kethledge, who’s sided with illegals time and again, is now the favorite to be named Supreme Court Justice. This is getting crazier all the time.

https://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2018/07/06/scotus-frontrunner-raymond-kethledge-immigration-rulings/

Judge Raymond Kethledge, by some reports now the frontrunner for President Donald Trump’s next Supreme Court nomination, has a record that shows weakness on immigration.
Since President George W. Bush appointed Kethledge to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, he has consistently demonstrated interpretations of immigration law at odds with the conservative wing of the Supreme Court and, more broadly, the notion that American immigration laws exist for the benefit of Americans. He has also shown a willingness to inject his own sympathies with the plight of illegal aliens facing deportation into his opinions.
