Yes because the constitution clearly states that we have the right to bear arms ONLY IF our firearms contain fingerprint verification programs (that incidental could and WILL break down at just the wrong moment and leave the armed victim defenseless against an armed attacker who will NOT have such an asinine gun which would be susceptible to failure)
So what was the point of the thumbprint again?? To save lives??
Now, if they're talking "tracking" the gun....that falls to search and seizure...
