Two Democratic members of Congress demanded this week that the U.S. House declare feminine hygiene products to be office supplies that can be reimbursed at taxpayers expense.
Reps. Grace Meng and Sean Patrick Maloney, both New York Democrats, said the House should provide the products free of charge in all common bathrooms, and should reimburse offices that buy them.
They said the products should be treated the same as toilet paper or paper towels.

I thought they were. Just like tissues and toilet paper.
I know some people will steal them rather than buy them, but that’s true of everything.

Environmentalist dems should be using reusable sponges. Tampons need to be banned like plastic straws and bags.

as a teen I wondered about such things, men have to buy certain products, women have to buy certain products. But as a grown up people realize it’s part of being a specific gender.
I’m such if she wanted to not have to need such products she can have an oblation or hysterectomy, her insurance likely covers those for free.

Help me here, ladies, as I don't frequent women's restrooms. Don't most employers have feminine hygiene dispensers in the women's restrooms? I would assume that the products are very inexpensive ones provided for "emergency" use. I doubt many women would regularly use these and would continue to provide their own. In such case, I really wouldn't have a big issue with this.
Frankly, I would have assumed that they were already being supplied.

NO.. Make them pay for their own tampons! Geez Louise!
Next they will be demanding that we pay for sandwich bags, irons for men’s shirts, ironing boards, coffee makers, subscriptions to “Cosmo” and “Playgirl”...the list is endless.

Two Democratic members of Congress demanded this week that the U.S. House declare feminine hygiene products to be office supplies Will it be considered sexual harrassment when the Congress women yell, "Come into my office, now!"

Condom dispensers?
_____
Congress seems to be a place where condoms are really needed. They are probably already getting them for free.
