A federal judge tossed out a lawsuit alleging that President Donald Trumps campaign and former adviser Roger Stone worked with WikiLeaks.
Plaintiffs assert that defendants engaged in a conspiracy with unidentified Russian agents and WikiLeaks to publish hacked emails, the judge wrote Tuesday. The Court will grant defendants motions to dismiss, deny plaintiffs motion, and dismiss plaintiffs suit without prejudice.
The suit was brought by former Democratic National Committee finance chief of staff and former LGBT finance chair Scott Comer and two donors, Roy Cockrum and Eric Schoenberg.
Comers claimed damages included that the Trump campaign caused his grandmother to deduce that he was gay because of innuendo and suggestive language in work emails.

Rightfully, their dishonest lawsuit is thrown out.
Of course the DEMs knew the lawsuit would be thrown out. Since we’re quite away from November 2018, I’m sure there will be other bogus lawsuits forthcoming soon.
“Comers claimed damages included that the Trump campaign caused his grandmother to deduce that he was gay because of innuendo and suggestive language in work emails.”
So his beef is that somehow Trump caused his grandmother to “deduce” that he was gay! That’s the funniest legal claim I’ve ever heard! And here, what with all this “gay pride” bull$hit, you’d think he’d have told her himself! I mean being queer is a “new wave idea,” isn’t it? I hope granny took him out of her will.
He should have sued his grandmother for being “Non-Inclusive.”
Thought Crime!
Pay up, Granny!
“Comers claimed damages included that the Trump campaign caused his grandmother to deduce that he was gay because of innuendo and suggestive language in work emails.”
Was she right?
Well I’m happy this lawsuit has been dismissed, though not nearly soon enough.
Not quite. The judge ruled that the court there had no jurisdiction. Per the ruling
“It bears emphasizing that this Courts ruling is not based on a finding that there was no collusion between defendants and Russia during the 2016 presidential election. This is the wrong forum for plaintiffs lawsuit. The Court takes no position on the merits of plaintiffs claims.
