I would say it planned by Hunter Richard. You cant see what he is wearing besides the hat, but his friend sitting there is wearing the yellow and black shirt and yellow and black are the colors of Proud Boys. Plus that chicken/rooster with leg kicked up is also a Proud Boy symbol.

All of the right wing white nationalist groups have their distinct symbols that they wear

One thing for certain is wherever a Proud Boy shows up, a leftwinger will be there to take it physical, whether the he be antifa or not.

The shirt says "Rooster Skate Club" and has the rooster on a skate board. Are you claiming this is a white nationalist group? Prove it.
