Is it any wonder why? Not to me. I see very little in the way of intelligence in this group. The majority of them are anything but intelligent. With 8 Republicans & 7 Democrats, all it took was 2 Republicans to vote with the Democrats who you know all voted in unison. My guess is they got at least 3 of these clown Republicans to vote as did the Democrats.
