When you imagine Supreme Court justices back in their law school days, what springs to mind? You probably imagine the future SCOTUS member as a total gunner, more Tracy Flick than Elle Woods always prepared, always well-dressed, and always with their hand in air.
For those of you who were slackers in law school but now aspire to judicial office, heres some inspiration. It comes from Judge Raymond M. Kethledge, the esteemed Sixth Circuit judge, noted author, and possible Supreme Court nominee (a finalist for the seat now held by Justice Neil M. Gorsuch).
When Kethledge is in northern Michigan, he works in an office he created in a family barn near Lake Huron. The office has no internet, a wood stove for heat, and a pine desk for a work space. He has spoken publicly about hunting with his son in the Michigan wilderness

Great flick. Mathew Broderick was superb.
Sorry, your question to the OP of “Why?” in response to his posting of the info on Kavanaugh being involved in the Vince Foster coverup.
No, he made a mistake.
When Kethledge was asked last year which of the other contenders for Scalia’s seat he would recommend, Kethledge said “Gorsuch”
looks like it’s down to 3 picks- kavanaugh being one unfortunately-
