I’ll bet that Sleepy knew all of this and more, before he recused himself. It’s likely WHY he recused, the lily livered coward. I do not believe his recusal covered this. This was outside the possible Russia tampering issue.

I do not believe his recusal covered this. This was outside the possible Russia tampering issue. Sessions' recusal encompasses all matters related to the 2016 election. The tarmac meeting is off limits for him.
