Dems blame him for re-opening the email investigation in the closing weeks and possibly costing Hillary the election while Republicans blame him for his phony investigation of Hillary and his part in the clandestine set-up of Trump once he had been elected. Neither side likes the guy and it is not a wonder at all.
What cost Hillary the most was getting thrown into an SS van like a sack of potatoes.
