These may not be sealed indictments but credible sources say these ~35,000 resignations correlate with the sealed indictments.
All resignations are cross-referenced to news links. The lines appear to be well-sourced. So this cross-referencing lends legitimacy to the list.
Many of the resignations are GRUESOME such as one example described in line #1198.

As far as my quick glance, just a summary of company and political resignations - all over the place. No rhyme or reason. People resign every day. And yes - some of them are because they are forced to. (I saw Seattle’s Ed Murray up there due to his gay child abuse from earlier years.)

The OP should probably explain this in simple terms starting with whom is this all about.
Mike Morell and ex-Tennessee senator Bob Sasser were listed near the top of this spreadsheet. Don’t know the significance but they’re fairly well known people.

Windows Defender does an excellent job of detecting viruses in downloads and alerting Windows users.
Other apps exist for scanning a link without downloading it.
Example: VirusTotal.com
You copy and paste the link into the VirusTotal website entry field and it does a scan offsite of your computer/phone.

For Q followers, Q posts have occasionally suggested viewers keep track of the resignations as they have meaning.
For non-Q enthusiasts, the existence of ~35,000 resignations of CEOs and top officials is unprecedented as is the existence of about the same number of DOJ sealed indictments which is unheard of in terms of numbers.
I’ll try but it might be quicker if I call for help.
