"Under Fridays deal, arriving asylum seekers would be kept in new detention centers in member countries along the Mediterranean Sea, such as Greece and Spain, and potentially in Africa as well, until their asylum claims are reviewed.
EU leaders signaled willingness to resettle migrants from the centers to other nations of the bloc, but the agreement doesnt require member countries to accept them. The clause making that clear was demanded by Central and Eastern European countries that have opposed obligations to share the burden of hosting migrants."

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight...
I’m sure they’ll get right on it, in say ten to twenty.
What will happen to the “Crashers?”
Will NGO ships continue to “rescue” them a few miles off the coast of Africa and transport them to the EU?
Follow the money!
Is this Merkel’s Fake Plan ?
I like this quote from another WSJ article:
“Mr. Salvinis [League Party] provocative style carries strong echoes of U.S. President Donald Trump, from his prolific social-media posts to his Italians First campaign slogan.
His first major foray into European politics came last week, when he said Italy wouldnt agree take back migrants from Germany to help relieve pressure on Ms. Merkel. The Italian government is willing to help only Italians, he said.”
Wait , didn’t they complain about Trump locking up Illegals ?
Invasion force to conquer by overpopulation!
I don’t blame you for being skeptical. Time will tell.
The CSU party won’t allow them into Germany, so detention centers maybe the only alternative. Merkel may not like it, but she wants to stay in power.
Mostly they complained about the “children” and “babies” being “ripped” from the hands of the parents.
Uh, huh.
1. My $$ says that Soros will continue to make sure they are ferried across the Med by “rescue” ships.
2. Start the countdown to a heat-tugging pictures of drowned or suffering migrant children. This will, of course, cause all agreements to be scrapped.
Average EU-28 TFR (Total Fertility Rate) = 1.5.
AKA population of Europeans is cratering.
So perhaps it's "Invasion force to compensate for underpopulation."

So the migrants are going to stay in detention centers permanently then? Nobody wants more of these people and if they don’t have to take them, they’re not going to.
This is no solution. It’s kicking the can and it’s not kicking it very far either.

Reportedly, they will be kept in the detention centers until their appeals are processed and then returned home.
This is probably what we’e going to have to do.

Reportedly, those ‘rescued’ at sea will be taken to detention centers in Africa unit their appeals are heard.
Do we call these centers Camp of the Saints?
I wonder which North African nations might agree to having detention centers established on their territory?
This is a completely phony deal that will never be implemented. It is part of an act whereby Seehofee can claim he achieved something in order to stick with Merkel and fend off AfD in the Bavarian elections in October. This is a complete fraud.
