Maybe, but the summer is too soon to count on them.

The odds of them doing the right thing will be going up, substantially, after Labor Day and really will soar in October.

My court source thinks Manchin will vote for whomever is put up; and if it is Amy Barrett Comey from IN, Donnelly will vote for her.
