The immigration bill has FAILED in the house, per Fox News.
Failed 301 to 121 because members feared it looked like amnesty and might hurt them. Gee, wonder why?

2. The earlier bill was better but it failed, too.
3. There is no bill in consideration at present, good or bad.
4. The present law sucks, too.
And this is winning? It’s just inconclusive puttering around and getting nothing done. The system is broken and it can’t be fixed or used in its present state.

This was just a show bill anyway because it never had a prayer of passing in the Senate even if the House had approved it.

Depressing?! This was AMNESTY. Why don’t they wise up and pass reform: fund the all, implement eVerify, end catch-and-release, end chain migration, end lottery, implement merit immigration. Put this in a single bill for up/down vote. Be done with this.

Though considering a hundred voted against it, I don’t see how you get past that.
This bill was not what Trump asked for.
It did not include funding for the wall or mandate e-verify.
It did not include ending chain migration or the visa lottery.
This bill would have represented a clear loss. So, yeah, I'll call this one winning, given the alternative.
I am still ok with even this level of winning. Blood pressure down, smile on face.

The last bid gasp at the request of the controllers, re: the globalists, Chamber of Commerce, etc.
They thought if something can be mustered in the House, they could convince President Trump to compromise with them and pass it.
He let them dick around and then popped their bubble. It didn’t stop them though. They continued to try to work it with Paul Ryan announcing delays and extensions. Finally, they had to let it go to a vote.
It wasn’t even close. Too many Reps. have the fear of the Trump voters in their eyes now. It’s a new ballgame.
