Kennedy was right on the recent votes, including the Christian baker, the pregnancy center free speech case, travel ban, and union coercion.

Yes, Kennedy often voted the right way, but not often enough. For example, his was the swing vote that gave us the disastrous and unconstitutional Obergefell v. Hodges decision, which violated the Tenth Amendment by taking away the right of states to have laws on marriage.

We need a more reliable conservative. I'm hoping the Trump administration will give us one. But of course the Left will fight this with everything they've got. And there are a few wobbly Republicans in the Senate who might side with them.

He voted right in the Christian baker case, but thanks to him, the decision itself is very weak and doesn’t protect the freedom of religion very much.
