Any country classified as so abusive to human rights that its citizens can claim asylum - deserves regime change
By any means at our disposal
Finally, a back-handed slap to the face of the federal judiciary who says “you must do” something that is contrary to established federal law. Just because a judge or court strikes some policy, law or practice, which is codified in federal statute, does not mean they rewrote the law.
All of this points to the DOMA ruling, which then everyone capitulated to say the law has changed- no, it only meant the existing law was stricken, not that there was a new law which empowered any court clerk or state or municipality to make a change- when a law is stricken as unconstitutional, that law simply is thrown out, not that the ruling pronounced by the judge or court is substituted as law. Enactment of Laws are the purview and sole realm of elected legislators, not appointees in some far flung alternate universe.
Good on Ya, DJT.
The problem is and has been that even lawyers simply agree that that the law, once stricken, requires the government ( the people) to do what the judge says, rather than force the issue back to the legislatures whence it originated for rewrite, or refusal...
Missouri passed a state constitution amendment some years back, by a wide margin declaring that marriage is a one-man-one woman act, not a trifling matter for fringe area folks to mess with.
Yet, once the SCOTUS said the laws against sodomite “marriage” were “unconstitutional” every clerk and AG and state legislature ( except a dear lady in Kentucky) rolled over and deferred to some unelected mob in black robes. It remains that the laws of the several states and the nation stand on the books, until a legislature/congress rewrites or deletes them. That is not within the power granted the courts, even with the Marbury v Madison theory of “judicial review”.
“Why is anyone in their right mind listening to this BS.”
This BS, like many other BS situations, is being pumped into the the heads of the voting public in accordance with Saul Alinsky’s rules for liberalism to create panic over Trump’s election by a dirtied media.
RULE 5: Ridicule is mans most potent weapon.”
RULE 8: Keep the pressure on. Never let up.
RULE 9: The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.
RULE 10: If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.
RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.
The libs are in trouble currently with a message, none. So to try to gain back power from the voters, they are trying to dirty Trump so they can get back at the mid-term and the four year. They did the same thing to Reagan and both Bushes. The attack on Nixon empowered them with use of this tactic and they have been using it since. And now, with the backing of the media, they will try anything to get back the power Trump has taken from them even though his own party had turned upon him and they were slam dunked with success despite their efforts to scuttle it.

We FINALLY have a President who sides with the citizens and the rule of law after 4 who refused to uphold it.
We need to give him some backup in Congress by Cantorizing every single Bush League Republican hell bent on turning the USA into North Mexico.
Finally Trump is ignoring a judge’s illegal order.
Yeah, that order seemed contradictory to me.
I think it was an attempt to make Trump release the entire family into the US.
If he can’t detain the kids more than 30 days, and if he has to reunite them within 30 days, and he can’t get them through the court system to deport within 30 days, releasing them would seem to be his only option. But that flies in the face of the law and his duty as POTUS.
So I expect there will be appeals of this latest ruling.

Because they are dumb shiites
Again, why is anyone in their RIGHT mind listening to this BS.
Whad do-ya hate Brown-skinned toddlers???
Are U a Nazi or sumthin?
:)
Unfortunately, dumb shiites vote. And the robots the libs have created will only do what they are told, true or untrue, by the libs, lie or not. Pavlov’s dogs.
